Careful selection of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Terodola put to dry for four months give life to this important red wine. It shows a red ruby and garnet reflections slightly fruity nose where returns the same on the palate with more chocolate, vanilla and pepper. This wine is austere but very elegant. Aged for two years in oak barrels.


  • Corvina 60%, Corvinone 25%, Rondinella 10%, Terodola 5%. Grapes are chosen especially in the hills and lowland areas, carefully collected by hand.
  • Fermentation at controlled temperature for about 40 days. The product stays for 12 months in 25 hl barrels and then for 24 month in barrique and french tonneau.
  • Alcohol content: 16%.
    Serve at 18-20°C
  • Designed especially for meals, Amarone matches with pasta, red meat, bushmeat, roasts and ripened cheese.
