Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella show their sweet side. The grapes are selected and dried for 4 months. The wine has an intense ruby red color, fruity aroma that recalls jam, ripe fruit on the palate has a sweetness addictive, where back-handed cherry jam. A wine for seduction.

  • Corvina 65%, Corvinone 25%, Rondinella 10%. The best grape is selected and put in wooden plateau.
  • Pressing and destemming of grapes; the must ferments at low temperatures, with daily pumping.
  • Alcohol content: 13%.
    Serve at 15-17°C
  • Excellent as dessert wine, in particular with typical desserts of Verona, such as Pandoro and Pasta Frolla.
